bit of a tricky one here, so apologiesd if my desc. is not very clear.

I have a department of say 2 people, when someone calls the group/dept
number, every third call does not come through, but rings out at the
callers end, the fourth call will come through and so on.

we have nortel m3903 digital handsets and a meridian system

any suggestions would be grateful!

There are fewer than 100 likely possibilities, and here you come along
asking for a shortcut I was hoping for the month long thread of
guessing.
