I can send video, but it seems that I can not receive video.
How can I find a solution to this problem?
I have Norton internet security.

I presume you do not receive audio either?

Most software firewalls ( if that is the cause of your problem) have
mechanisms to allow special or server access to programs. NetMeeting needs
this designation usually -- I am not sure of the exact procedure for your
firewall. To test if it is the culprit your could (temporarily anyway)
disable or uninstall it.

Another common problem preventing reception of audio and video in NetMeeting
being behind a NAT router/gateway or border firewall. Is this perhaps your
problem?

Norton firewall allows two way video in netmeeting.
