Can anybody tell me how to clear all the print queues from a MAX 9.

Go into the mainteance terminal of your MERMAX and select

Diagnostics>

Monitor Print Queue>

(the following is a snapsot of what you will see in the print queue)

JOB NO. __ PRINTER NAME __ REQUEST ID __ STATUS
___ 1__ ICCS______ maxprt14-4972__ Queued
___ 2__ ICCS______ maxprt14-4991__ Queued

Help=Help PF1=Exit PF3=Cancel Multiple Jobs F6=Cancel The Job


Slect F3 and enter

(the following window will open)

Cancel Multiple Print Jobs Window­

Job Range:_________

the range is entered by entering the first job 3 followed by two periods, then the last job # . ie 1..5 (this shows I want to delete jobs 1 through . Hope this helps.
