Maintenance Contracts |

In the past, we have not offered maintenance contracts to our Norstar/BCM
clients. With the increasing complexity of these systems, we've seen
increased interest in maintenance programs. In researching this, I've seen
rates from a low of $7.50 per trunk/station port per year to a high of
$45.00 per trunk/station port per year. Obviously hours of service,
response time, component coverage, tech support, and labor coverage widely
varies. Add to this the difference maintenance intensity of VoIP, CTI, Call
Center and other applications is making it difficult for us to put together
fair pricing.
Would anyone be willing to share maintenance contract pricing? Any input
from you would be greatly appreciated.
