if switch of bay-network have some what like cdp of cisco?

that i can see the enigthbord of switch?

Generally, No.

One of the modules there can extract probable neighbour information
from some nortel devices.

I find reference to NDP (Nortel Discovery Protocol) in a few places
but it seems almost spurious as there is no technical information
under that name.

There is an (almost?) standardized Link Layer Discovery Protocol (LLDP)
that I find some hints that some Nortel devices support.

There is SONMP (Synoptics Network Management Protocol) which most
Nortel devices support. A quick google search reveals this which may
be useful:
