windows netmeeting couldn't request control

sometimes when I do windows netmeeting to the users, I couldn't do the
request control, but some users are ok. Is there a setting for
enabling/disabling the request control?

please advise. thanks!!

The user can set the control to automatically allow requests for control,
ignore requests for control or to present a request to the sharer.
