Hi All:
I have compiled the source codes from rfc3951, which is the
iLBC's ansi-C implementation, and in which there's one test program.
After I complied them, I got this test program( in my project,
it's "ilbc.exe"). According to the help information through "typing
ilbc.exe" under console window. Yes, I have one .wav file recorded as
its input file, its mode is 20( means 20ms), its encoded file is
encoded.stream( this is the file name I called), its decoded file is
decoded.stream(also I called).
The program run successfully, and I got the files :
encoded.stream and decoded.stream, but how can I play out the sound?
which players should I use, or some other ways ?
Thank you.
