I'm trying to set up Netmeeting with Application Sharing to allow multiple
clients to view the desktop.

The setup is:

Windows XP machine behind a NAT router.
Windows XP machine is configured as "DMZ" (all ports forwarded to it)
Clients connecting to internet IP address of router.

It is unreliable at best. Scenarios we have experienced:

A (Server machine)
B tries to connect, and connects successfully
C tries to connect and receives message "The other person did not allow you
to join the meeting." or "The person you called is not able to accept
netmeeting calls"
B disconnects.
C tries to connect, and connects successfully.

Sometimes multiple people are able to connect, but:

A can see connection B, C and D.
B can see A, C and D
C can see A, B (not D!)
D can see A, B (not C!)

E tries to connect, and no error appears, it says he's "In a call" at his
end, but nobody receives a request to allow him to join the conference.

We're just trying to demonstrate some software to multiple people in a
conference - preferably without them having to download and install any
software. Is there a better way to do this? Can you think of anything that
I might be doing wrong?

Regards,

Jordan.
