Somehow I lost the ability to recieve video, it used to
be fine. The recieve selection is greyed out and not
selectable.
I looked in the regestry and find nothing that helps.

This is during a call when the other end is sending video ( that is the only
time the receive menu item is active -- it is a pause/play toggle on
incoming video).
