This is the first time I have used NM and I can't seem to understand about
ILS servers....or which I can use....any help?

NetMeeting calling strategies.

In short:
1 )ILS servers are not necessary for making or receiving NetMeeting calls --
and because of their sexual content many users have abandoned their use
2) Microsoft hasn't operated an ILS service since Dec 1999 though NetMeeting
supports them and an ILS server is included in all Win2000 server
distributions
3) A number of 3rd party operated ILS servers are available for use (there
is no technology to limit or control use). http://www.netmeetinghq.com
operates a service that lists and scans known ILS server
