I'm an administrator for an inner city school district, and we would
like to use the Netmeeting desktop sharing support over pcAnywhere for
remote desktop help desk support, basically because it's free over the
cost of pcAnywhere. We run a Windows 2000 enviornment, some XP. The
problem I am having is I want out Technical Staff to be able to
Netmeeting into a machine and have it auto connect to the desktop.
The reason for this is because most end users here do not know how to
share the desktop via netmeeting when a Techie remotes into their
machine. I can get it to auto connect to a meeting session, but I
cannot figure out how I can get it to auto share the desktop upon
initiating a netmeeting connection. Does anyone know if this is
possible via a registry entry, etc. If not I might have to have my
friend use the netmeeting SDK an write a program to do what I need.

Also on a side note, upon establishing a netmeeting "Meeting" session
is there a way to hide the netmeeting box so it will not confuse
users?

Thanks for any assistance.
