There is no single NetMeeting directory and Microsoft no longer runs an ILS
service for NetMeeting.
http://www.netmeetinghq.com has a list and scanner of usable 3rd party
NetMeeting ILS servers. Many NetMeeting users do not use an ILS but find
alternative calling
