Hello,

I have a quick question; is it possible for me to restrict a phone from
dialing outside the campus but still allow it to dial 911?

P_E, that's correct, Meridian 1 Option 61C. :)

John, thanks for the info. Tentatively I have given the phone NCOS 1
(allowing local-only calls which management is OK with so far). I'll
try the settings you've suggested today.

I believe if you set up ESA in LD24 it'll override all NCOS and
TGAR/TARG parameters.
