I have two computers have os Win ME and WinXP both are
behind a microsoft router MN-700. How can I configure the
router so that I can use NetMeeting over the router. What
ports in the router and how should configure those ports
to work. I have DSL as my internet link.

To allow outgoing full feature NetMeeting calls designate a single
NetMeeting computer as the dmz client ( make sure the client is running a
software firewall that is configured for NetMeeting use as the dmz device is
exposed to the internet). It will not be possible for both clients to work
with NetMeeting at the same time.

Incoming calls made directly to the wan IP of the router can also be
handled. If the supplied dsl modem is a NAT though ( if your wan IP is a
private ip that is the case) no change at the router will allow full
function NetMeeting use.
