The pickings are getting slim but the answer to the question probably
depends on your situation and budget.
OpenMCU ( www.openh323.org) probably has the best price (free) and if you
are a tinkerer or have competent technical staff it might be worth it.
I think First Virtual ( www.fvc.com) and Radvision ( www.radvision.com ) are
still selling H.323 mcus as well. There is also a companion MCU ( called
ECS) for Exchange 2000 but it is not available for Exchange 2003.
