When I run Netmeeting and select Tools then Options I get the
following message:

"The Options Dialog box is disabled by a system policy."

Can anyone tell me what this means and what I would need to do to
enable the Options Dialog box?

Thank you.

It means that whoever setup the computer set group policy settings to cause
this to be unavailable ( this is a corporate supplied machine?).

You can control the group policy settings by running the group policy editor
( start-run-gpedit.msc). This assumes that the machine you are running on is
XP Pro ( or 2000) and that you have adminstrative access.
