Start--Run--conf push the Enter key.

I have just tried the method you metioned. But no
response when I tried to run netmeeting after the
installation.

What happened when you went to Start then Run and typed in conf.exe
and hit enter? It should run since it is already installed. You also could
go to windows explorer c:/program files/NetMeeting and double click on
conf.exe
