Scary... some sort of regulation is needed.

Just what we need, more regulations. Level 3 and Cogent both suck,
both host spammers, and the net would be better off without both of
them. Here's hoping they both go under.

That would result in a politically motivated mess. Government by

committee is a sure way to stifle progress.
