Boss & Sec programming |

Hi,
We are using 11C mini with 3904 phones. Our current boss & sec
programming is 3 rings at boss' phone, then 3 rings at sec's phone, and
then go to boss' voice mail. Can we change it to 3 rings at boss'
phone, then 3 rings at sec's phone, and finally go to genenal line
instead of voice mail? And what happens if no-answer at general line?
Please help.

Hello Thomas,
that is no problem, set fdn at boss`s Phone to the sec`s phone, further
change the cls at sec`s to sfa and fdn to MMail.
