HI

Is there a way to enable remote desktop sharing on all
remote computers within my domain without using group
policy

If you have some other way to connect to them remotely you could connnect
individually and enable it I guess -- I can't think of anything else.

I can do this, is there any way of just enabling it
without having to go through all the wizard steps

I don't have explicit instructions but my guess is if you tracked the
registry changes made during the wizard setup you could duplicate and just
start the service. If I recall correctly just starting the NM RDS service is
not sufficient.
