Hi,

I have an option 61c with callpilot.

I want to change the number of time the phone's ringing before the mailbox.

Thank you in advance for your help.

If you want to globally change every phone in the system, it is one
small change. To have some people on one ring count and others
different, it means chaning all the sets.

Go to LD21, PRT, type RDR, - then print it again and file a copy.

Look at the values for CFN0, 1, 2 and DFN0, 1, 2

Then notice on all phones, the prompt RC0 - that is a pointer to the
vaue of CFN0 and DFN0.

Now change one phone TN to RCO 1 or 2 and see how the ring count is
matching the vaues of DFN and CFN.

When you are up to it, LD15 and change the values in the RDR section.
