Verizon/MA has recently introduced some new unlimited voice packages that
are cheaper than my existing service while including 3 (or more at a higher
level) calling features. I'm going to (try to) change the base service on
my ISDN voice/voice line to one of these packages. Currently I have no
calling features and I'm wondering how some of the available features map
to ISDN.

-Would a subscription to CallerID get me caller name service? I already
get the number with no CallerID subscription.

-Does call waiting map to some flavor of ACO or is it handled mostly at
the CO (with the TA sending a message for flash)? If the latter can there
be CID/CW?

-Does three-way calling map to anything interesting?
