Mouse pointer not visible on RDS |
|
|
Anyone knows why the mouse pointer does not show up in
Netmeeting Remote Desktop Sharing window. But when i click
on any of the menu items and move the mouse within the
remote desktop window the mouse shows but disappear again
when i click anywhere on the remote desktop.
Thanks,

I suspect what you are seeing is a function of/problem in graphics driver at
the remote site. The only suggestion I have is to make sure the graphics
driver on the machine is up to date.

I have noticed that, if you can manage to grab the corner of a window
or form and resize it on the remote desktop, usually the mouse pointer
comes back, though often times it looks like the resize pointer, not
the arrow pointer. The trick is grabbing the corner of the window or
form when you can't see where the cursor is at.
In my experienece, it seems that resizing or moving windows/forms is
the cause of the cursor disappearing in the first place.
