When I make several calls, ip addresses, they stay in the pull down
address window.

How do I clear those IP addresses for some and keep others?

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;259307 has
information in clearing the call history.

Deleting individual items is more difficult but the format can be easily
inferred from the registry and appropriate changes made ( though it won't be
totally straightforward)
