I have a MN-100 router

What ports do i need to open for all the services of
netmeeting and what port do i need so people can call me

Just about the only way to have NetMeeting function with two way audio/video
on outgoing and incoming calls is to use the dmz feature of the router (
hopefully with a local software firewall).

Only calls made directly to the wan ip of the router can be handled. Calls
made to you using other strategies will fail ( a call initiated by you in
Messenger will be an incoming call to you and will fail).
