I just downloaded Netmeeting from usoft's website but when I attempted to
install it on my XP Pro system, I got a message stating that it would not
install on my version of Windows. Does anyone have an idea of what the
problem is?

No downloadable NetMeeting installs and runs on XP.

NetMeeting is preinstalled on XP and is configurable using
start->run->conf.exe.
