Netmeeting only supports calls using video and audio between the 1st
two participants in a call. To use 3-way calling you will have to
install an 'MCU' - multiparty conference unit. You can buy hardware to
do this, or you can use a linux or windows box with software from
open323.org called OpenMCU.
You can do a data-only to between 8-16 people, much like you might
with messenger. Other than that you might find a dedicated
videoconference system like Polycom's low end offerings, or renting
time in a VC suite (room) might be more appropriate. It all depends on
how much time you intend to be doing this, how much you want to spend
and so on.
