NetMeeting is preinstalled on XP, and Windows 2003 and can be
activated/configured by using start->run->conf.exe.

ya there is another software that can achieve the work that netmeeting can
do that is the Phone Dialer in windows xp which is preinstalled to activate
it type dialer in the run menu ........ u got it

XP Pro comes with NetMeting. Just go to Start > Run and type conf in the
box.
