I live in California and I am trying to have a netmeeting with my cousin in
Missouri. I do not know a single Netmeeting server we can use so that we can
talk and say hello.
Can anyone provide a server address

http://www.netmeetinghq.com has a server list.

It is not necessary to use an ILS server to initiate a call.

initiation strategies.

That site is full of Porn. Is there a single netmeeting server that is used
for just regular communication. Can anyone provide that single server
address.

It is unlikely that you will find a suitable server ( or if you do that it
will remain suitable). Many(most?) users avoid ILS servers altogether and
use some other call initiation strategy.The Meetingbywire url I provide

you can use ils.glorb.com it also has a web interface to see who is logged
in http://ils.glorb.com however, there is alot of crap listings there, wish
I could do something about that though..

You don't have to use an ILS server to connect to your friend all you or he
needs is the public IP address of the other party to connect. For years a
friend of mine and I would have one of us send our IP address to the other
by email about 5 minutes before we scheduled our chat and it worked
perfectly. Now we send the address via IM when we have trouble connecting
audio or video via IM.
