so i want to know how to use a webpage enter ILS ,you say not used in
standard netmeeting ,but which can i use to do ??

You would have to create a special version using the NetMeeting SDK that
would do what you want( I am guessing that it would be possible - I don't
really know for sure), then convince all your prospective users to download
and use that version,
