how to use the webpage to enter the netmeeting server(ILS) not by
netmeeting???
just by webpage!!

There is no way to force login(at least not using standard NetMeeting) to a
an ils server from a web page if that is what you want.

You can initiate a call from a web page to a user via an ils server by using
the ilsserver/email pair as the calling address.
