What port(s) does NetMeeting use for direct connections
between computers across the Internet?

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/NetMeeting/Corp/reskit/Chapter4/default.asp#three

has information about port usage ( though the ports indicated cover any
usage that NetMeeting has made through to WinMe versions and so is not
totally accurate for current versions)

Basically NetMeeting listens on tcp 1503 for the data portion of the call
and on tcp 1720 to establish the audio/video call.

After the establishment of the call a number udp ports in the range
1024-65535(the ports used are negotiated at call establishment) are used for
audio/video transport.
