I just heard about this, so I guess I am behind the curve a little bit.
We have a location that only has one free strand, and we need to
deliver GigE service. Does anyone have any experience using 1000Base-BX
optics in Nortel gear (maybe 8600s or 5500s) to run full duplex over a
single strand? Any input would be appreciated. Thx.
