I currently have an XP virtual session loaded on my
POWERMAC G4. For most if not all of my windows apps this
works just fine. But for the life of me I can't get the
MSN Messenger to work for Voice chat. I can instant
message and even remote access anthers computer.

I've tested the Headset I have and it works fine as does
the recording capabilities.

Anyone have any additional insight? I've downloaded the
newest version 4.7 and have applied all the patches.

Would appreciate any suggestions.

Thanks

I am not sure what extra complications the Virtual PC adds ( if any) but are
you behind a NAT(router, firewall, dsl modem) of some kind? Is some sort of
software firewall in use?

What about at the other end?

The latest version of Msn Messenger is 6.1 ( of Windows Messenger 5.x).
