I've not used either program, but I understand that MSN
Messenger is supposed to be the replacement for
NetMeeting? Or, they accomplish the same goal: internet
communication using audio/video?

Why bother to post anything in a forum if no one replies???

http://www.meetingbywire.com/windowsmessenger.htm has some info comparing
Windows Messenger to NetMeeting.

If your goal is person to person audio/video calls Msn/Windows Messenger and
NetMeeting perform nominally the same function.
