Would someone please advise the exact entries to add to Services in Internet
Connection Firewall of Windows 2003 Server for NetMeeting to be able to send
and receive calls. Thanks.

I am guessing that it is similar to ICF on XP.

Making calls should require no change ( at least on XP that is the case).

Allowing incoming calls requires that you allow tcp 1503 and tcp 1720 to
pass (again based on XP).
