Depends if the man in the middle has a packet sniffer and capture
system on whichever route your packets happen to move over the
internet. And realtime decryption tools in the case of an encrypted
data conference. And the ability to determine packets are H323 packets
and in the case of a VPN, that all commincations when decrypted match
the requirements above. So, pretty secure. About as much as a phone
call - do you worry about them ?
