according to my ati all in wonder 7500 graphics card manufacturer:

Q18: Does the ALL-IN-WONDER® family of products support
NetMeeting™?

A18: No. Microsoft® NetMeeting™ (version 3.1 and earlier)
is not supported in the latest ATI drivers because it is based on the
older technology of the Video for Windows (VfW) architecture.

..........., the ALL-IN-WONDER® family supports any applications that
use DirectShow® and the Windows® driver Model (WDM) architecture.

is there a workaround for this ?

thanks

http://www.meetingbywire.com/XPNetMeeting.htm#camera has some work arounds
that others have used to get VFW capture interfaces( required by NetMeeting)
from devices with only WDM interfaces.
