We've always used NetMeeting for remote administration. The Netmeeting
Remote Desktop Sharing service is configured to start automatically.
Recently we've noticed on a few computers that the service is always paused
after a reboot. Does anyone know why this is?

The only new things we've introduced to the network are Ad-Aware (spyware
detecting software) and there are now some Windows XP machines on the
network.

thanks for any help,

Andy

Can you just reactivate the service and all is well?

This are machines that someone is using? It is possible for the user to
deactivate the RDS function either deliberately or unintentionally.

I can't think of any other reason.
