I am not exactly sure what Skype does but the callto: url type calling that
www.videofrog.com uses will attempt to start the program identified as the
"Internet Call" program in the Programs section of "Internet Properties" --
accessible via the control panel ( or directly from Internet Explorer Tools-

Internet Options).

Possibly Skype alters that entry?

It's registered the callto: handler - Intel video phone does this too.

Edit your registry (after taking a backup)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Clients\Internet Call\Microsoft
NetMeeting\Protocols\callto\shell\open\command

Cheers - Neil.

I think you should modify it *away* from conf.exe (the Netmeeting
executable) and transfer it to the Skype executable.

If it doesn't work well for you please restore your registry ;-)
