Where can I find a list of ports that VZ has disabled on their DSL? I
recall someone saying port 80 was blocked so you have to use a
different port if you place a web server up.

I am planning on using a dynamic DNS provider to point to my web
server.

This list may not be up to date, however from what I can surmise from
the DSLReports thread
http://www.dslreports.com/forum/remark,11281551~mode=flat , people are
reporting:

Business customers: none

Residential customers in the Former Bell Atlantic region like us:

Residential customers in the Former GTE region: Inbound TCP 80 *may* be
still open

TCP 80 inbound
TCP 135 both inbound and outbound

FIOS:
TCP 80 inbound is also blocked.

There may be others but they're not blocked for us.

Rgds,
Karyn & David Leighman

PS Try this link for more reading material (take it all with a grain of
salt though, as we're SURE only TCP80in and TCP135both are blocked for us)
