Anyone could introduce me a fax modem which can operate when computer
is offline to receive fax?

3Com/USR had a few models that do this. Usually listed as "message modems"

I have one here - the (04)5668-01. Does the job, but doesn't support fine
resolution reception to memory.

My brother has one whose brand name is something like "Paradise ...".
Who know this brand? Do the manufacturer has new model currently?

I think MultiTech http://www.multitech.com/ used to have such devices.
