Register my video capture driver with NetMeeting |

Hello,
I'd like to register my own video capture source with NetMeeting to avoid
the black frame around the picture as stated at
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;192866 but I cannot
find any information about this registration process.
Does the registration simply implies to create the dwImagSize, dwNumColors,
dwStreamingMode and dwDialogs subkeys under
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Conferencing\CaptureDevices\MyDriver in my .inf
file?
Where can I find information about the format of those 4 keys?
