Hi,

I'm trying to do a comparison experiment. I need to know how the video
frames in NetMeeting are encoded. Are they encoded as all I I I I...
frames or I P P P... frames?

Thank you very much!

I am not totally sure what you are asking. What are you trying to compare?

I don't know much about the guts of H.323 or various codecs but NetMeeting
uses H.323 and standard codecs appropriate to speed of transmission:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/NetMeeting/Corp/reskit/Chapter11/default.asp
http://ai3.asti.dost.gov.ph/h.323/video.htm

Doesn't the I/P frame designation relate more to MPEG style frames?
