Shiva VPN causes a crash (Blue screen of death) of Windows X |

I am running Windows XP Professional on a DELL 8300.
I am using NETGEAR WGR614 Wireless Router and my computer is connected
to the router via an Ethernet cable.
The router is connected to a WESTELL DSL modem.
I installed Shiva VPN Client Version 8.31p1. When the computer goes
into Stand-by mode, windows crashes.
I get a blue screen that says:
"A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent
damage to your computer.
The problem seems to be cause by the following file: ICSRVR.SYS The
driver is attempting to access memory after it has been freed.
STOP: 0X000000D5 (...."
I appreciate any help. |
