What does 569-A say about recommended or required loading capacities of
racks? 600lbs? 750? Nothing?
How about composition of racks? I don't have a copy of the Standard,
but I would guess that it does not require any specific metal content.

If anyone can get back to me with Standards-based answers, would
appreciate it.
