Is there some software to convert VOIP frames to an audio file (mp3, wav,
etc.)?

if it's with a G.711u codec, Ethereal will do it.

grab the stream w/ tcpdump, then use vomit - voice over misconfigured |

Thank you, but it's only for BSD OS (mine is WinXP Pro).
