when i hook my cam netmeeting freezes up.but netmeeting runs ok without my
cam is hook up.any help would be great .

I would try at least 3 things : Connect the camera before starting
netmeeting, reinstall or update your camera driver software, usually
from the manufacturers website and see if it works in MSN messenger
(if you have windows XP) which seems able to cope with more recent
"WDM" driver cameras.

Brian might have some better clues ;-)

i did most of that but i forgot to say it freezes up when i make a call or
when i get a call.It's a very cheap cam i bought at walmart

they don't have any update yet so i guess i'm screwed.it works fine on yahoo
and dwyco.so thanks for the help anyway. i guess i got what i paid for it
was only $20.00 but only thing i can afford now.
