Hello,

I am starting NetMeeting from command line as described
in this document -
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;Q167097 . It starts OK but gives a pop-up alert with
the following message

<address> is asking to join...
<OK> <Cancel>

How can I remove this alert? It's irritating as well as
confusing since the message itself makes no sense. I get
the exact same alert when I start netmeeting from a
webpage as specified by NM SDK. I get no alerts if I
start call directly on netmeeting.

My system -- Win XP/Home SP2

Regards,

You can't -- it is a security fix to make sure the user knows NetMeeting is
initiating a call on his machine.

It may be irritating but there is nothing you can do. Reason as above.

Yes because presumably the user knows he is initiating a call.
