SCD 70 Samsung Camcorder Menu Select problem |

Hi, i have a problem with my SCD70 camcorder:
it was working very good, but one day the the track wheel to select
menu stoped to work, so i hit the menu button and i see the menu, but i
cant choice any menu ?,
if it is damaged, there is any way to build a cable to connect my
camcorder to my pc and set up default configurations for LP Recording
mode ?
the camera was tested by a specialist, and he said:
"the wheel is conected right and working,
there is no phisical damage, i cant fix this..."
if someone know how to fix this problem tell me
if somebody knows how to build this cable to config the camcorder,
please
tell me please...
